It is the night before my departure for Prague (via Seattle) and I am actually packed! It is truly miraculous that I am not running around in a total frenzy trying to cram everything into my suitcase. No - the great adventure to Prague required much more preparation than last minute packing. So essentially, luggage-wise I am ready to go!
This last day in California has been the hottest yet this summer. I like to think the state somehow knows I am leaving. Yes, the whole state is saying good-bye!
Tomorrow morning I leave for Seattle where I will spend a couple days until my final departure on Tuesday. For the next semester I will be studying at Charles University in Prague - capital of the Czech Republic. I will soon (hopefully) have many more interesting stories to tell about my courageous adventures in Europe!
This is Julia Miller reporting for the Blague (a clever pun using the name Prague of course, thank you Ian)

Hi Julia! Wow...what an adventure you are having! It almost makes me want to be 20 again! I'm so glad you are doing this blague so that we can all feel like we've traveled to Prague. I know your parents are looking forward to seeing you soon and sharing a part of this experience with you. This semester is going to just FLY BY! You are quite a young woman. We are proud to know you. FYI: when signing up to follow your blague, I somehow got Steve's picture posted and can't seem to edit it. Oh well! Know you know who it is anyway!
